Default adding optional extras

Hello everyone,

I bought my first BMW the other day, my only fault i have with the car is that its got none of the great features that i thought came as standard? No AUX port, No bluetooth, no sat nav, No timer for the heaters on a morning etc. I have done the youtube and forum searches on how to use all the idrive features but it seems my idrive is really really basic and doesnt do alot?

Ive done a few searches and it seems i can get rid of the multichanger in the glove box to get an AUX port but to be honest id like both. I was thinking of getting one of those parrot mobile devices where i can rig up my phone and also stream the music from it?

Is this the best way to do this or can you add bmw optional extras easy enough?

Rich

what car you get?
you can add an aux input...need a cable and some coding.
i thought the bluetooth for the phone was standard??
sounds like you should have maybe bought a car with nav.
