ac spoiler install

ok so i installed my ac spoiler and i didnt know u had to push the spoiler down all the way (corners) now there is a gap when looking from the back window. how do i remove this and do it again w/ out damaging the spoiler? i used 3m tape and silicone. thnx in advance! i was thinking dental floss?
