Update on the powerchip. I noticed a 5 miles per gallon increase after 1 full tank of gas used. I was avg about 25 mpg before the powerchip with a 70%highway/30% local driving habit. Now, I'm getting 30.1 mpg doing the same driving style. Will keep you posted on my 2nd tank.

Stormace,
...just wondering if your new front lip is significantly lower than the original. My 545's front is already pretty low and I'm afraid of going any lower because of steep driveways where I've scraped bottom, even at an angle. Thanks.

Hmm jonboy, that deck spoiler looks mighty fine. Im thinking of getting that exhaust. The front mesh grille can be custom made by the bodyshop, I'm keeping it as it is for now. Anyone know how to photoshop what a meshgrille would look like on the ACS? please post it.
I did notice that it is about 1 inch lower than the stock front bumper.

Ok, got the recall letter yesterday. Now my dilemma.
Will the OBD recall affect my powerchip? Do i need to have powerchip reflash the software?
powerchip reps tell me to send it back after the recall is done. the autobody shop tells me it has nothing to do with the engine control module. So the recall can be done without affecting the powerchip.
Anyone know what i should do?
the autobody is charging me labor if I go back and remove it again...and I just did it last week. hmmm...waste of money i feel.
