Maybe the Ore Cart Broke or the Dynamite got wet
or
Maybe the rims got in a very bad smelting accident and had to get re-smelted
or
The CNC Lathe got "lathe-e" and wouldn't work with the bad smelting job because the ore got the dynamite all wet.

Just kidding, definitely worth the wait.
