After seeing Scott's (sdg1871) 6000k HID mod, I contacted John and got myself some HID bulbs. I finally did the swap this afternoon. Removing the headlight is very easy. I've done it in the past, so it was no biggie. The fitment of John's HID bulbs are the same as the OEM, so it's plug-n-play. The whole job took less than 30 minutes and I was taking my time. Anyway, I only took a few shots, since John and Scott had posted more detailed photos recently.
The last one shows how the stock (driver) vs 6000k (passenger), the lights are too bright to capture properly (sorry).

Johnny - I need a center console LED light for my X5. Actually, it requires 2 LED bulbs. Kerry installed mine, but he f-ed up the center console ones. Hahahnahaha! Bring me a set on Saturday. I'll have cash ready...and possibly even my X5 so you can do the install.

David, I can't tell you if it looks good or not - I can't see crap on your pics bro But I've seen Scott's lights, so I'm sure its nice CONGRATS
