i didn't have to do the m5 trunk for the battery i just had to install the mufflers vertically

guys i need to share with u with 2 stories about my new exhaust
1. today i went to NY and i took lincoln tunnel and this exhaust is enormously loud in that tunnel when i got out of it this i dont know maybe 50 year old guy in a brand new Bentley i believe Continental 2 door pulled next to me and "rolled" down his window and started to say something to me. i was like WTF does he want bc i saw him behind me in the tunnel so i opened my window and the only thing he said was "beautiful car i love it". i said thank u but i was laughing at myself inside bc the dude had a probably $250.000 Bentley and talking about my car that it's beautiful. maybe it suppose to be a joke what do u think?
2. also earlier today i was driving around and finally pulled to a gas station("refill"....yeah painful thing). and i see behind me this guy in pontiac firebird i don't know 1999 or whatever pulled in with fast speed. gets out of his car and stars running towards me. i got out of the car as fast as i could bc i thought he wans to fight or something.....but what happened was that this young guy with a smile on his face was rushing to tell me that the exhaust sounds insane and he never in his life heard a BMW sound this way(i thought to myself what th hell u think only a mustang can sound deep and loud and not BMW but i was nice enough not to tell him that). i was happy for myself but also proud as a BMW owner i think its a compliment for all of us guys from an american muscle car fan!!!!

That was a good day

the thing is that they dot understand the beauty of it and the sound for them is what they call "obnoxious" they just don't have an idea
but yeah i wished that too!!! damn it

 

IMO, magnaflow exhaust/quads is the best bang for your buck. There were times I wanted to sell the exhaust, but decided not to b/c the sound is .
