Hi!
I don't remember which is the original rev limiter : 6400 or 6500 rpm ? Maybe 6500 ?
Now I have it to 6600-6700 rpm but I have to adjust the map to the exhaust and kat and I am thinking to put it to 6800-6900 rpm, remaking completely the map ; and I'm wondering where you who have remapped the 545i have it .
Tnx, bye!

6500 rpms. After that the gas is cut off.
In Steps, I started in M1 and floor the pedal until it hits redline and automatically shift to M2
That's so cool!
Why do I even care about 100rpm? 6400 and 6500 does not make much different to me

Alex, be careful with the high rev limit - there might be an adverse effect on the Valvetronic system. I remember reading something about it in the BMW TIS, it can't take high revolutions beyond the stated in the long term at least...
Will try to find it when I have time...
