I switched the chrome grilles for black ones.

Not bad - different. It's definitely a distinctive look. It's fairly subtle, and certainly sets off the front end. They painted, powder-coated, what?

Unique. I'm not sure what I think of the black with silver - but they look like high quality parts. Where did you get them?

Definitely different, for sure.

I don't think you can powder coat plastic (the material needs to be a conductor, doesn't it?) so I'm betting its simply painted.

Not sure it makes that much of a difference on a silver car since the car is already so bright. Looks good though!

Bet it would be more obvious on a black or dark-colored car.

Did u paint your chrome grill frame? I'm curious b/c I'm planning on painting mine black and change my grilles for the black one. Please let me know. :thumbsup:

Looks good, but I like the chrome a bit more. I say either go chrome or match it with your body color.
