Hamann wants 10k euros to bring to *600* HP the new M5 E60 .
I've heard that for the engine upgrade (5.2l and 412 HP) for 545i he wants 24-25k euros .
but .. M5 --> 10 and 545i --> 25
??
I think it's strange...

well you know the 545 except Ice's doesn't cost 100k
write and ask from them how about that?

IMHO
for 545i it is a replacement engine not an upgrade...
about the M5 there are some threads in the past..
and it is 603-5bhp:
"Hamann says 327 km/h, which is achieved solely by means of Vmax override. For those who are not satisfied and who desire even more power, Hamann offers them a solution too. The Laupheim-based tuner provides the M5 with a sports-kit composed of high-performance headers, sports metal catalysts, a engine map optimisation and a Vmax-override. your engine ? or do they swap it straight away ?
