My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007
So I did some searching and found a lot of info on the exhaust for the 550i and 545i opposed to the 530i. From what i read, the exhaust available are made by eisehmann, B&B, Super Sprint, Hamman, Remus and borla. i am leaning towars B&B or remus. First, can i get one of those exhaust systems for my 530i and if i can, can someone post from where, like the websites. Also, what kind of sound should i expect from each. i want a deep sound of like a V8 or maybe a ferrari, but I want it to be quiet at highway crusing. I just want some noise whenever i turn on my car and rev it a bit and try to get on the freeway. Any advise is helpful, thanks.

Is it deep throughout all the gears, because that means you can hear the exhaust on highway crusing at about 65 or so. i like the deep noise, but i think it might be too deep. How much was it and where can i get one?? I am leaning towards the remus now which I can get for 300 shipped off ebay, any suggestions?

My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!
b&b is a lot louder than remus at low rpms. remus is deeper than b&b, but b&b sounds "smoother". at high rpms, all the exhausts i've heard are relatively quiet, actually. do a search and you'll find plenty of old threads covering exhausts.

My Ride: 2005 530i, Titanium Gray Metallic, Premium Package, Sport Package, Sirius Radio, Xenergie interior light set, Steptronic, Predator ICE, 124 Style OEM Wheels,
Let us know if you go with the Remus, 300.00 sounds pretty good for some more sound, I just wonder if it's to much sound?

the $300 remus on ebay...be careful if its the universal muffler instead of the muffler designed for the e60. universal mufflers are meant to fit a variety of cars and may not fit the e60 as well.
