5 in car 19” wheels and scraping…hmmmm

My Ride: 545, Auto, Sport, L7, Pdc, Sunshades, Silver Gray/Black, 19x8.5/9.5 Monet Wheels, Michelin PS A/S Tires, Full M-KIt, B&B Exhaust, 20% Llumar Tint
I was a little surprised?I?m 205 lbs and the other front seat passenger was about 220?the three passengers in the back averaged about 165 lbs and there was nothing in the trunk?any bump or slight dip in the road and?rub, rub, rub

Only had three passengers with me once, and did not notice any rubbing.

I have 19" for mine too and there's no rubbing issue even when there are 5 passengers in the car. Have you done allignment for your car?

I've never had that problem and I run 40/19 on front with 35/19 on the rear. I also have the sport package, and have had over 800 lbs total passengers weight.
What is your total tire size, or you running a tire size greater than 19/35/285 rear?

Your front wheels ar already bigger than BMW runs ( 8.5J against 8.0J )
Then what tire sizes are you running and what are the wheels offsets
This is usually the thing that happens when someone runs wheels outside of the BMW Spec
