I am considering getting my car windows tinted. I am thinking of goign with 35% Huber Optiks.

I got a qutoe today for $450. This guy is supposed to be really good and does a lot of work for celebrities in the city.

Now, do you guys think that $450 is too much for tints or should I go with this guy based on his reputation?


Also, where can I buy the Huber Optik film myself and maybe get someone I know to do it?

yah thats average and decent price. some places charge $500+!!. he is pretty good and installed on top notch cars i heard.

I think geography plays a role in pricing. Mine cost $350 in Virginia.

I paid $400, love it though. What a difference with barely any notice during night driving. :thumbsup:

i've heard nothing but great feedback for theartoftint.com. i believe their pricing is reasonable for a quality job in ny.

I really like the look of Huber Optik tint after seeing it on a CLS63 AMG..I was quoted $450 as well.

What if you saw Formula One Pinnacle Series tint on a E63 AMG, how would you like that? You know the E is FASTER than the CLS. :whistle: :think:

$450??? why dont you tell them that you can buy a used honda civic with that money. best film by best tinter here in VA is $220. half a used honda civic. just kidding. but yeah, $220 is for real.
