So I've got a '08 335 loaner while my '06 550 is in getting a new sunroof seal put in.
I've noticed that the 335 changes gears instantly @ WOT when you go through the gears; m1, m2, etc, no delay like in my 550. Is there something wrong with mine, or is that just how it is with a 550? I'm assuming this is why people buy Sprint Boosters?

It is possible the 550i is tuned to slower shifts unless in sport mode(s). I do know my '08 550i in full sport mode has instant downshifts with no delay what so ever.
