Are 295/30s too wide on 19" rims?

My Ride: 04 545i Silver Grey, 19" Alpinas, Sports suspensio.
04 X5 3.0d Sport Sapphire Black, Caramel, Panoramic Roof
I am currently running 19" Alpina rims with 275/30 Michelins on the rear.
They are not worn out yet but the front 245/35s are on their way & they are all fairly noisy.
I have been offered a new set of Pirelli 245/35s & 295/30s from a friend with a new Gallardo,
(the "S" model comes with 2 sets of wheels & he wants to put track tyres on the spare set)
Has anyone gone from 275/30 to 295/30ZR19 on the rear, & if so, was there any clearance problems?
We are going to try the Lambo wheels themselves on the 545i first (not sure if rims will fit or not)
but just thought I would see what others had done as well.
Cheers.

I think it depends on the width of your rims. If its 19x10 on the rear then it should be fine if you run 295/30/19 for the tires.
