Have to see what offset is your rim, but 255/35 for 20" rim will have big chance to rub!

For 20" you better go for 255/30/20 front and 295/25/20 rear! The setup will not rub even lowed! 245/35/20 still too big!

I've mentioned this on previous threads. My 255/35/20 for the fronts won't work. The wheel offset is correct according to many sources. The problem is I'm rubbing the inner shock/caliper, BIG TIME. In fitting the wheels in my garage I knew instantly. Just for fun I pulled out of my garage a drove slowly for half a block, sounded like it was ready to come off the car . Just to give a little history I won the wheels on ebay and it came off of a 645i. Took a chance and figured I can sell them if it didn't work, or get smaller tires for the fronts like 245/35/20 (10mm does make a big difference). Anyway I've sold them already .

I pose this question. Does the brand of tire make a difference? I've seen one thread where this same size worked, using Falken tires (mentioned by herb). The ones that I have are BF Goodrich GForce T/A.
