20x11 rear 305 tire fitment?

My Ride: M5
I am currently running 20x11 rear with a ET 24 and a 295/25/20 PS2 tire. The time has come for the tires to go and also the tires are 1" shorter in diameter. I am getting a good deal on Nitto Invo 305/25/20 tires and I just wanted to ask if I would have rubbing issues on the inner side where the shock is. I think for the outer fender I will be fine but I am worried about the intter, Any ideas and help is appreciated? Nittos tend to run a little wider I hear.
