I've been looking around and I can only find front lips for 2004-2006 e60's. Anybody know if they have any front bumper lips available for e60 2008+ specifically for 535i? I know there is a difference on the lower grill as far as the design is concerned. All suggestions are appreciated.

I think its time to revive this thread - especially, since I'll soon (God-willing) be rolling in an LCI e60

There's the Alpina, and then the AC Schnitzer: http://www.ac-schnitzer.org/images/new3/3a5bfb4c64.jpg

Alpina's way too expensive and there are no replicas (or are there? ) and ACS is just plain friggin' ugly, so what IS a boy to do...

^agreed, AFAIK those are the only LCI add ons...there are a few threads on this topic all with the same answers....but a quick use of the search bar wouldn't hurt

Gene, you think a group buy can be put together for a custom LCI lip? I have a shop that can custom-make a limited number of lips. They just did a rep of a Lumma e92 kit and it seems to look rather good. I think if we get about 50 ppl to buy a lip, it'll make sense for them to produce the lip at a competitive price. The only issue to resolve is design, but we can do a contest and a vote, or smth like that...

Theres no way you gonna get 50 people to do a group buy. Add on lips are not that popular. Does your upcoming lci model has PDC?

No PDC, so I guess umnitza is the easy answer to my dilema, but I just don't want to have "yet another M5 rep/M-Tech rep" front. You have to agree, EVERY one with a hooked up LCI is rocking one of those kits. If I'm customizing the car, I want it to look unique... the only option is really Alpina, which when you consider the cost ($979 before shipping, paint and install) is not really an option...

Its all about personal taste. there's nothing wrong with the mtech or m5 kit, its popular for a reason. i really dont like any of the add on lips, i just cant stand the factory bumpers. When i got my got car one of the first thing i did was getting the Mtech kit.
Just because everybody in the forums have them doesnt mean they're that popular. im pretty sure that over 90% 5 series owners do not mod their cars.

you know how much of a disappointment it will be if it ends up sucking, right? haha just playing

seriously though, how "unique" are we talking here? is it the entire bumper or a lip?
