2008 acs deck spoiler

I was talking to a body shop today and they were telling me that the acs wing that Is out in the market right now cannot fit an 2008 e60 bc the shape is different can anyone confirm that or tell me otherwise bc that means that the trunk decklid spoiler that is available right now can't fit my car then

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........
