Default 2008 535i E85 Dyno Testing, 428hp, 454tq

Hello my fellow Brothers,

Had a chance to do a before/after dyno comparison on my 535i N54 yesterday. I'm running the BMS DCI, a custom catback system, and a $100 inline fuel pump, holding hi and consistent PSI and factory dp, IC, etc...

To start, we, ( Terry ) ran 91 octane bone stock. Then we added the JB4 G5 ISO, BMS Flash, and 60% E85. Did a few adaption runs on map 5 which peaked out around 410rw. Then we kicked it over to map 7 and pushed it up a bit further. For kicks we ( T ) dialed boost up a bit further using map 6 and picked up a bit more power, but I had an original plug in #6 (I had only replaced 1-5, the 6th plug was broken, waiting for replacement, NGK 5992: Gap - .022 ) which would misfire at high RPM so we ( T ) left boost lower at redline.

W O W !!

I have to give Terry a BIG SHOUT OUT !!
His Tunes are Amazing, his Customer Service is way above par

E85 FTW

And here are the pics to go with this Amazing Day !!

Well, at least for me,

No

The Walbro 455 did not fit in my car, I'm not sure if stealership changed it, but it was a no go

So unless other 5's say the same and have the same experience, ours are different than the 3 series.

Mine was fabricated and E85 approved and help up great 70+ PSI all day long at the dyno.

I did not do the inline pump myself, so I don't have the info on pump, sorry

Congrats on the awesome numbers. Go race some stock M5s and leave them wondering.

Wow, those are some stunning results!!!

Is there something to be gained by adding downpipes and/or intake to this setup? Not that it is needed. 420 to the wheels is insane!

Our 535xiT is bone stock for now, but the wife feels like it needs to "feel" faster. I think something along these lines would definitely make that happen..

I installed bms dci and jb4 g5 two days ago

last night ran my cousins stock 335i, I also had a 250lb passenger

from 40 to 110 I put at least 6 or more cars on the 335i

so yeah with 500lbs heavier at least I pretty much destroyed a stock 335i, I dont doubt Jb4 at all, it is a wolf in sheeps clothing

going to run a stock 5.0 this weekend 2012 Coyote to see how I do
