I have a 2007 LCI E60 built in May and I wanted to upgrade my headlights eyebrows with white LED bulbs. So I came across this.
2008-2010 BMW E60 5 Series Eyebrow Eyelid Xenon White LED Module
But I was told it can't be done because it's not a 2008 LCI. So what is the difference between my 2007 LCI headlights and 2008 LCI headlights?

Not sure about the UK, but in the US the 2007 is not LCI. the first year of the Life Cycle Improvements was model year 2008. The 08 Headlights and taillights are different than the 2004-2007s.
