20 inchr rims off an e39 will they fit an e60?

My Ride: 530i Sport, Premium Package, Sports Seats, Xenons, Rear Reflectors.

Someone is selling me a set of 20's that came off of there 97-'03 e39 5 series. They are not sure if the rims will fit my e60? Anyone have an opinion or Know if its a perfect fit for the e60 or will i have to shave off some offset or what not? If they will fit i think i got me a set of 20's!!!

THEY ARE SELLING ME STAGGERED 20INCH RIMS FROM A 97-03 E39 5 SERIES FOR MY '04 530I WILL THEY FIT? IS THE OFFSET/CENTERBORE THE SAME? ANY MODS WILL NEED TO BE DONE OR WILL THEY GO RIGHT ON? LET ME KNOW ASAP SO I CAN GET THEM TODAY!! THANKS!

Ill put it to you this way, my rims are really ment for a Mercedes and I have had no probs... So I'm sure you will have no problems changing from an older 5 to a newer one... and yes it should fit fine, the wheel well on the old 5 I believe was actully a little smaller so you should def have no problems..
