+1 on the last one IF these are your choices. These belong more on a Cadillac IMHO though, but your car, your cash, do with it as you please. You know you can pick up a nice set of Rad's from Euro Rev (john@eurorev) for a decent amount, cheaper than these and WAAAAAAAY nicer for your car.

In that case go with lipped wheels - I just did in matte black and I love the lip (then again I loved the lip on my old 125's too)
