19s w/ or w/o Lip?

So, I'm trying to make a decision: 19s with or without a lip?
I'd like to not go up to 20s (had Radenergie 20s before) but would rather just stay with 19s. Will 19s with a lip look too small and not right?
I'm mainly looking at Savini wheels right now. Trying to decide between 3 piece w/ lip or 1 pc forged, no lip.

I had 19"s with a 3" lip in the rear. Looked too small. Especially with a mild drop (eibach pro-kit.) I'd go 19"s concave or 19"s no lip or no concave.
