Need to order tire for 19" 8.5 = 245/35/19 front and for the rear 19" 10 = 275 or 285 30/19? will the 285 rub on xi model?

285 may or may not work depending on the offset of your wheels, if you are 10" wide on the rear I would venture to think the 285 should work.

I am waiting on a set of dpe's but the idea that a 285 might work just dosent sit right. also not sure if that would work with a 245 in front for xi set up. I wouyld love to have the agresive look with the 285 + extra tire protection, but not willing to drop 600 on a maybe.

I see in one of your post that you have code cancelers for your halo upgrade does this work with any halo upgrade as I now have error codes.
