The reason you can't find this brand in Germany is that it doesn't exist outside of a very few markets in the US. The design team is based in Germany, but the RE brand is definitely owned by WheelPower.
The R10 is forged by Rays using 8000 ton forges which only exist in Japan. They are truly gorgeous, and QC is extremely tough, which is probably why production is so small.
