Chrisq, do you find your car feel heavier and nosier after changing from 16" to 18" rims? Do you have to reset the tyre pressure on the idrive after changing the wheels? I had to as the idrive gave a tyre puncture warning after the 18" wheels were put on.

I saw a set of 18" for $800. Would those fit the E60 too ? Also, did you lower the car for those wheels ? [/quote]
Yes, the 18" & 17" work also. No I didn't lower the car.

Chrisq, sorry, one more question. What is your tyre pressure for front and back wheels?

Thanks Chrisq, I play it safe n go for the 18" set as it is the maximum size BMW recommended in their catalog here in Hong Kong.

Did you need or were you sent any "rings" to be inserted in the wheel hubs prior to mounting to ensure a proper fit? or did the wheels have an exact mounting fit like factory wheels?
Thanks
Thanks

Wheels look great...I've been curious how the 19 reps would look and you've answered my question!
A friend who ordered 124 reps had a similiar experience as you in terms of finish...he went through several wheels before he ended with 4 that were acceptable to him. And even in the end...they're still not perfect...they have some minor paint bubbles etc....but for the price it doesn't seem to bother him.
Same wheel as you but in 18"...made in Italy
