19" or 20" wheels??

helps if u give us ur location.......19" to be on safe side especially if ur on the north/eastern coast and 20" ANYWHERE ESLE.......if 19"s def get something without a lip so they look actually larger!!

I'm in Bangkok, Thailand. The street condition is similar to NYC. Are the 20" rims ok for NYC streets? Can you feel any difference between 19" and 20"?
