Just been looking at the UK BMW website and when you add the optional 172 wheels to a configaration it states you have to have the space-saver spare wheel. I take this to mean they don't come with runflats. I thought they did. Anyone know for sure?
Postel - do you have runflats?
I pick mine up this week like the idea of quieter driving!

Could be close to M5 levels (Apparently the best riding 5 apart from the 16 Non-RFs)

I havent seen any run-flats available in those sizes in 19" and the BMW parts system at the dealer only showed E60 runflats up to 18" last time i checked , so they are probably normal tires

Sounds like conventional tyres to me also - I think it will be a good thing in terms of road noise, cost and the fact you could have a puncture repaired. Lets see!
