17" Wheels + snows from 645ci on 545i???

My Ride: 545i Sport; sapphire black metallic; comfort; nav; sirius; split-folding rear; auto
A cousin just recently sold his 645ci (barely used) and has an extra set of 17" wheels with snow tires that he offered to sell me for dirt cheap for my 545i (I have Sport 18" wheels- pretty useless in snow). Any idea if wheels that fit a 645 will be suitable for a 545???
