Does anyone know a good european dealer (good price) for the 124 (18") or the 128(19") BMW wheels?

I do not know of any Euro dealers, but only two US BMW online dealers that sell the good looking BMW OEM 124 rim + all others, and their Website's are:

Chapman BMW Scottsdale AZ

Pacific BMW Glendale CA

selling 124's because i bought Alpina rims. In contact with my dealer now anyway to see what they retail at in the UK.
