Did it have the Comfort seats?
They are the 20 power seats.... at least in the USA.
Any thing can be retrofitted, but is it cost prohibitive....

I may be wrong, but I think it is the whole seat not just the head rest you have to replace.

I think it's the new standard active head supports. They move forward in a collision. They are very pricey, but do stick out more, so your head actually touches. B/c of the wiring, they are around $1000 here in the US.
