you can purchase the tail lights from your local BMW dealer. Members also order them through Gary Romani @ newport BMW (his info here http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=18067)
If you don't want error codes you will need to purchase retrofit cables from member bruce_miranda. There are a few threads on this topic, try using the upper right search bar to help...
