I can't tell from your image whether or not yours is "right justifying" the song or folder title that is playing - I've reported here that mine does this, and left justifies the other titles. I can also tell from the fact that playing songs right justify, that the car is truncating the song title after it hits a certain length, but I haven't tried to figure out how many characters. My car was delivered in April 05 with MP3 functionality. First out of the gate so to speak, I suppose the code's behavior might have been altered since then.

If I check view details (in the idrive) I see my screen: (picture 2)

My screenshot isn't songs - they're folders so that's all that should be visible at any time.
