So I replaced the mini bulbs on the 2 cigarette lighters on the center console for the rear seats, but the old bulbs did not have the yellow sleeve on them, and when I put in the new ones I did not put in a sleeve on those as well so they emit the white light on the rings. Does anyone know if I can buy those somewhere and if so where?

Yeah back in the day they were called bulb condoms.. I'm sure you have to order them online, I doubt autozone sells them still.. but they might.
