Maybe it's just me but I get a "run away as fast as you can" feeling about this.

He is just selling incandescent bulbs, NOT real Xenon HID bulbs. These are probably halogen bulbs with some xenon gas mixed in. They have filaments like regular bulbs and are direct replacements to the halogens that come on the non-Xenon equiped E60's. You can't just "plug and play" REAL Xenons on cars that came with halogens. Standard Xenon HID bulbs will not fit it the mounting location of the halogens and you would also need other electronics, including a ballast. On the last part of his eBay listing he has the installation instruction in which he basically says to unplug the original bulbs and plug in his "Xenons", ...........so this means that they are just "souped up" incandescents.
