I am worried about the roof..

Somehow in all the accidents the roofsection is bent severe.. I don't know what happened but I hope I keep my roof on my head when something goes wrong!!

To me, the roof looks pretty solid on all but two photos. On the two that have roof damage, it looks as if the car rolled. If you compare those pics to other cars that have rolled, I'd say the roof holds up quite well.

On another subject, anyone need some beige comfort seats?

edit: wink smiley added to stop future PM's to me about the seats...

I remember the car in the first picture (White 525i) was auctioned on ebay. There is a thread about it out there.

Looks like the passenger compartment is nearly untouched in all those pictures... I guess that makes the e60 a safe car

Ouch, those are hard to look at...lets hope none of us finds out how safe our cars are....

I'm primarily concerned that the excellent cupholder designed survived the impact. My initial thought is that no pepsi cans were ejected during these crashes.
