Took the month old to me 07' 530xi for a little hell raising this afternoon and this thing is unreal.
Live in the mountains and have some really fun (winding)roads with minimal traffic on them.
I have been driving various cars on these roads for a long time. When I get the 530 to the edge of what I think it can handle, compared to my Audi A6, the BMW just powers through like nothing I have driven before.

Nothing like some twisties to get the heart a pumpin' in your E60. Part of the reason why I love driving the E60 from MI back home (Pittsburgh area) where hills and twisties are the norm)
