Default Winter storing the E60

It's the time again where winter is coming and the BMW is going in storage. It's the first year I own the car and I'm parking it in a heated garage with a full tank of gas and fuel stabilizer added as well as over inflating the tires by 5 PSI. but I've been reading on the forum about adding a battery tender but they require power by plugging it in the wall but where I'm parking it there's no access to a plug. Is there any other solutions? Can I disconnect the battery and take it home and use the battery tender there? Hopefully what I'm saying makes sense haha.
