I put on the winter shoes yesterday - Went out for a spirited drive today. The winter setup is on 17'' rims but still a pleasure to drive!

Are you running true "winter snows" or all season? I run 245/40x18 all-season tires on my xi and it can go almost anywhere but am curious about your experience with rwd 550 in ice and snow. Guess the 17" helps a lot!

I have blizzak winter snow tires. I have a long steep driveway and I used to always have to shovel it if there was even the least bit of snow. With the blizzaks it's a world of difference.
