Question

After driving in the Ice and Snow yesterday, I am experiencing an Active Steering Failure and Dynamic Stability Control failure. I have tried to reinitialize the Active Steering Failure to no avail. I also did the cntrl-alt-delete to no avail. Any ideas before I take it to the dealer on Tuesday?

I also got an active steering fault when I started up the car one day after the cold period we have now. I think it is just a bug because it came after a low voltage start and battery disconect. The car was just fine when I parked it last time after use. I tried to disconnect the battery but I dont get rid of the active steering fault indication. Is there any possibility for resetting the active steering?

Check the fluid and top it off I have to top mine off at the start of every winter. Then reset, turn car on turn wheel from right to left all the way and then back to center. turn the car off. turn back on and it should be gone. If not you got some bigger issues.
