I hate people washing front window on freeway. Do they know all the dirty water will splash onto the car behind them!!

Nothing against you "BetterMakeWay"
hehehehee, I'm guilt of doinf that. What do you want me to do, stop in the middle of the freeway, get out and wipe my windshield. I don't want to get run over on the shoulder either.

Yeah, but now let's not get paranoic. What do you suggest, stop every 20 minutes to clean the windshield?
[/quote]

Why do you need to clean your windshield every 20 minutes??
I wash my car every week, the windshield is clean most of the time. Or clean the windshield while pumping gas in the gas station.
What do you feel when you just wash and wax the car, and the car in front of you start splash dirty water onto your car??

I feel like it's time to wash the car again!

Seriously, we're driving on pavement, not carpeting. Cars will get dirty; getting stressed out about it doesn't seem like a good idea.

We use water here all year round, very happy with that
Water will do just fine if u drive most of the time in city and the weather is fine. But on highways and at ahigh speeds water will do suqat to remove the splatered insects
Not alot of highway driving in this part of the world. So no need for debugging washer fluids or clear bra.

I would just spray away, Even though someone wash my car for me everyday, I still need to clean the windshield once in a while. You will be surprise to see the amount of dust build up and hell no I don't care about the car behind me just got wax, is part of driving if you can't stand it than is going be tough on you getting paranoid over little things like these.

I have had bad chemicals in cheap washer fluid damage the paint finish on my cars in the past. For this BMW fluid, smell is alcohol, which is safe for the paint and rubber parts. It also cuts through ice and snow (for those people who would make ice on their cold windshield if they use plain water as washer fluid).
