I have chrome but voted Shadow Line. Keep in mind that those of us in the US can't get the High Gloss Shadow Line. I'd rather have the Shadow Line, but it is only available w/ the Sports Pacjage here in the US.

My Ride: '05 545i, silver gray, black leather with anthracite maple wood, sport package, premium sound, navigation, cold weather package, electric rear sunshade, folding rear seat, satellite radio prep, PIAA 4150K fogs, red rear reflectors, hardwired Valentine One
I prefer shadowline. Had it on my last BMW, and on my new car, and it's one of the nice parts of the sport package--looks much more sporty.

Mine is chrome but i just don't like it. I voted for shadow line..

I voted shadow line and prefer it. I had chrome on my first BMW and have shadow line now. The chrome is elegant, whereas the shadow line is more sporty.

My Ride: E39 525d, orient blue with beige interior. Planing on getting an E60 535d next summer when my lease on my E39 is over :)
