The bottom window trim on both my driver and passenger side are lifting up... :fcuk:
Anyone know the best double sided tape to use? I'm going to Home Depot to see what they have. All I know is it has to be thin enough so that I can slide the trim back on. |
When i got me tint ,they give me life warranty , try to call the guys that did the tint to your car ,, and u may get new front windows tinted. GL. ;)

Some of the best stuff I've used is the 3M double sided molding tape. It's pretty thin and once cured, sticks really well. You can pick it up at basically any automotive store. Autozone, Advance Auto, Pep Boys...etc. It's also available at Home Depot, Lowe's, or even online. |
Thanks Krozi!!

Mine was lifting up because it was bent like somebody tried to pull it up from one end. Once you get the tape, take the trim off and straighten it out. No tools required since the trim is pretty soft. When reinstalling it, place a thick cloth over the trim and tap it with a hammer. Don't break your windows.
