Will these tires fit my 545i sport?

I have a set of spare wheels/tires from my wife's 645ci and was wondering if they would fit my 2005 545i sport. these are 19 inch wheels and have front tires 245/40/19 and rear 275/35/19 will they fit me without rubbing and hitting my bilstein shock? i know M5 wheels will fit with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19...thanks

You should not have any problems with that setup, especially since they are 19"
