Those will fit on the back of an xi, but the recc tire size is 275/30/19. I think they would be too wide on the front end and stick out of the fender. Recc front tire size is 245/35/19 on a 8 or 8.5 inch wide wheel.
There is a calculator on 1010tire.com and also e90post.com/forums (in the tires/wheels section) that will help you on your quest. I put style 189 from a 3 series on my xi offset 34 front and 37 rear. You can pick up used wheels (but you don't want the tires b/c they are not the right size for a 5 series xi) pretty cheap on e90post.com/forums. I think I paid $100 per wheel for my OEM wheels. You can also check out aftermarket wheels for sale in the for sale by members part and save some money.
If you call a wheel store, just tell them that you have an E90 3series and they will give you the right size and it will save you a lot of headache as most vendors don't realize that xi offsets are different. It is weird because the offsets on the 3 series xi are the same as 3 series i.
If that is you in the avatar, thanks for your service. I truly appreciate it.
Please PM me if I can be of help.
