I have heard alot of good thing when people added anti-roll bar to their car. I know for sure that it would improve handling in the corner and on high speed. However, I'm wondering if it would make my ride little more bouncy, stiffer and rougher than OEM swaybar? I really would love to know cuz im considering the upgrade. I'm riding on Sachs Performance suspension set which is a lot sweeter than my OEM+Eibach spring. 19" 245F, 275R. I was hoping that this upgrade would make my ride be more pleasurable. Thanks in advance!

Sway bars do help more in the body roll category but make sure you get one that's bigger in diameter than the OEM. If you want stiffer you have the option of getting coilovers. The KSports that I sell are pretty popular on the forum lately since they go for a very reasonable $950 shipped. They are rebound and height adjustable so when you can definitely tune to your liking.

Is anti roll bar the same as a sway bar? If it is, then I have added an H&R sway bar to front and rear and the difference is huge! It is adjustable so it can be a little stiffer and as a result becomes a bit more bouncy (if on the hardest setting). Its a mod that i thoroughly recommend if you are looking for better handling.

I think i paid about HK$4500 which is like US$580? If that makes sense...

I always thought so but then again I'm not an expert. Did not know there was different settings for the anti roll bar. I always thought its purpose was to absorb and distribute the body flex during turn to makes the eliminate the roll over feeling, similar to the strut bar which reduces body flex.

Sway bars help reduce body roll more than lateral stiffness.
