Ditto...I want to know if these rims are an option for a 2006 525i. I have them on my 745 (tread running low, need to replace tires in the near future) and might put them on my GF's 525 (replace with new tires if the rims fit) if I decide to upgrade.

+1. I think the wheels will fit fine, but the stock tires from a 7 won't fit right.

I would do a 255/35R-19 (front) 285/30R-19 (rear). I agree, 40 might be too high a series and may make the wheels rub. You could role the fenders and try and stick a 40 series tire under it, but I can't gurantee it won't rub.

Besides the tire being to big does anyone know if these will fit on directly without spacers?

I was wondering if any body knew if these 745 stock 19's would fit a 04 525i I was thinking of using them as my spares once in a while.
Stock off set should be ET24 all the way around, might run a 5mm-10mm spacer in front, as far as tires 245/35/19 for fronts and rears a 275/30 or 285/35 and maybe a 285/30. But for stock sake 275/30 should be suffice, Scratch that. The rears are 19x10 so a 285/30 is fine might be close though
