i was washing my car today for the first time and while doing the wheel i noticed that the brake discs and hubs were all rusted even there was a sign of rust on the brake clipers as well. the car is 57reg with 25000miles on the clock and i bought it off a bmw dealer 4months ago. my question to you experts is, is it a nomal thing to have rust on disc, hubs and clipers or is it a matter of concern. thanks in advance.

On the brake rotor, the rust will be gone the next time you press the brakes.. the hot metal tens to oxidize easily especially when it gets wet.

The metallurgy of disc rotors is designed to maximise braking and dissipation of heat. Depending on the mineral content of your local town water you could literally watch the rotors rust right before your eyes.
Don't worry. It rubs straight off, even with your finger. It will not affect the car.
Cheers
