OK, I'm freaking annoyed. I have a car that is clean. No dings, scratches, dents, etc. It's a daily driver, but it's nice. A few months ago I paid to have 3 door dings removed. Can't see any evidence of them. This is my 2005 530i Sport.

So I am V-E-R-Y careful where I park. I park waaaay out, not near or next to other cars. I walk. I do this so I make the effort to keep my stuff nice, even if others won't.

Today I park far away, where no one else parks - like I always do. I can see my car from my office window. Later, I see a damn minivan right freaking next to my car. I'm like WTF??? Some yahoo had to park there, of all spaces, had to be there??? So this van is there for a while. I look out later (after I ingnored the overwhelming urge to move my car) and the van is gone.

I roll to leave, and what the hell do I find??? A DAMN DOOR DING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The minivan driving piece of dung has an entire damn parking lot to put their breeder mobile in and it has to be next to and banged into my damn car????

Bottom line...

People friggin' suck.

This is a 20 minute $100 problem to solve, but why should I have to do it? What the hell happened to respecting other people's stuff????

Barry, i feel your pain.. i bet your kicking yourself in the ass for not moving her when your gut told you too. ... UGH.. so frustrating.. most people are haters!! probably parked there minivan cause they thought that you were too good to park near anyone else, so they figured theyd park by you and urk you.. which is EXACTLY what they did.. along with disrespecting peoples property .. some people have no values at all.... too bad you dont have video cameras on the building (do you?)

 

I agree with you too. people suck. That's why we should hire body guards for the car, so if anyone messes with the car, their car get's messed with back. LOL

 

Some are just (rich) housewife's.
But most of all, people are jealous on ones nice cars.

I'll give no more comments at this point, but I fight this phenomenon almost daily.

 

NO, but it's an odd place to park, and I know the van. I told my assistant if she sees the van there again to let me know. I will go find that useless piece of scum and tell them they owe me money. As I said, $100 and 20 minutes (I have a GOOD ding remover, and he comes to my house) and the problem goes away. This is more a commentary on my opinion of my fellow human beings. Especially those godamn minivan drivers. I abhore minivans and all that pilot them.

I hear you, bro, and I concur. Some people just revel in the thought that they messed up some "rich guy's ride." Asinine! I wish that some day they'd be lucky enough to get in our position and have Karma take care of them....

 

I've lost confidence for the human race a long time ago, most people suck and are just here basically wasting the earth's natural resources....

 

i always try to park next to cars which are clean and expensive this people are mainly also proud on their car so they know how annoying it is to have an a-hole as neighbour on the parking lot.

I had last summer the pleasure to meet a hailstorm. the repairs costed me 7700 euro. plus i had to reprogram my idrive because the thunders fxxxed my electronics. but anyway have a safe parking ciao
