I would guess you have it saved in your settings on the key memory. Redo the memory and it might change

there is a memory 1 2 button on the side of the driver seat. you press it when you have everything set the way you want it for that particular key (while key is in the ignition and car is on i believe). I have not done it in a while so you probably can get better instruction on youtube

I actually thought of the same thing the other day. My AC turns on each time i turn the car on. It got pretty annoying during the cold months. I thought my HVAC was broke or something.

Tho i am so confused with this climate control. I had the same temp set for both passanger and driver and my side was getting warm air while the other side was getting cold air. Which i didnt understand. Also I get a lot of heat going torward the window in the winter, On auto it always goes full speed for the window. I also changed out the Interior Temp. Sensor Fan because i got a code while back, after changing it, and a year after, I scan the car again and It says the fan is still faulty. So i no idea there. Im not sure if my stuff is completely messed up or what.

What fan are you talking about. I have never seen a fault on an interior fan. Only the fave for the"ECU" under the hood. What code are you getting?

The different bad temps could come from a few things: Bad HVAC, blend door actuator fault or heater core. You need to figure out which one is bad. I would check the actuator first (unplugging and cleaning plug). Then I would check to make sure my heater core is working properly (checking each hose to make sure they were hot) there is a better way but more technical (you can google it). By then you should know what part to buy. If I remember correctly when it blows full force it is suppose to go to defrost (front window, side vents and floor) so it wont be in your face and distract from driving.

Default setting in IHKA module is for A/C compressor to be on each time the car is started (last setting retained until electronics go to sleep). The default setting can be changed to retain last setting via coding of the IHKA module. So, learn to code modules or ask INDY or Dealer to code.
